For those who BF and pump
I used to nurse when dd would wake, before her nap, after her nap, before bed, and whenever/if she woke up in the night. When I was at work I nursed when she woke, then pumped 3x at work, nursed when I got home from work, before bed, and whenever/if she woke in the night.
Obviously it changed from when she was a few weeks old till a few months old, till a year old. It made a difference when I introduced solids at 6mos, and when she started eating a lot more foods at 12mos.

Re: For those who BF and pump
During the work week once he was done nursing MOTN feedings:
Wake 7-Nurse then pump after nursing 10-Nurse or Pump (if at work) 1- Nurse or pump (if at work) 3:30: Nurse or pump(if at work) 6:00- Nurse 8:30-Nurse Bed
I tried to pump 3 times during my full work day (8:30-6) or once during a half day (8:30-12)
If I wasn't working like on weekends I only pumped after the AM feeding or if I was gone during the day when he would have nursed. If not I just EBF'd all feedings on demand.

Re: For those who BF and pump
Now that I'm back to work I usually only nurse DD for her first feeding in the morning (7am), then I'll pump once or twice at work, and once before I go to bed at night. She gets a bottle the rest of the day, unless I'm home to feed her.
ETA: on weekends or days when I'm home, DD is almost EBF'd except her last feeding of the night when she gets a bottle so I know she's got a full belly.
