For those newly preg...
Did anyone have to wait for DH to be "ready". I guess Im just asking if anyone else out there was ready for start a family before DH was. Was it hard for you wait. I guess I dont see a reason to wait... other than DH wanting more time. Thanks

I initially was ready before DH (he has two kids from his first marriage so he wasn't in a rush) but now that IM PG he is ridiculously excited and keeps telling everyone, even strangers.

We were ready about the same time, though DH a little sooner than me. He wanted to start trying a few months before our wedding.
I said no way, I didn't want to have MS at my wedding, or spend no time together as a couple before having a child. As it turned out, it took us awhile to conceive, so we did have a good amount of time to bond as a couple.

We both were ready but were going to wait to ttc until august. I think he was a little suprised that it happened so fast (april) but now he is very excited!
