for the hairstylists out there
I recently got the brazilian keratin treatment and was told not to wash, get it wet, sweat, etc. for the first 4 days. I am past that already but my question is, if I workout, should I be shampooing my hair afterwards? will sweating effect how long my hair will hold the treatment? I hope this makes sense and I am not confusing anyone.
thanks!

I'm not a hairstylist, but I was told that salt will be most harmful to it, so if you sweat, then the salts in your sweat will harm it, so best to rinse that out.
