what level nipple do you use with the Dr. Brown bottles. My ds is ten weeks old. TIA

I use level 4. We put 1 tablespoon per 2oz of milk. But our formula is VERY thin & watery (Elecare).
ETA: with DD#1 I used the Y-cut nipples and only used 1 teasoon per 2oz of milk.
