Food or formula more important at 12 months when DC is sick
MY DS is sick with an upper resperatory infection He is fighting me on everything bottle and food because his throat is sore from coughing.
So his schedule is thrown off , he is past do for a bottle. lunchtime is now!
BOTTLE or FOOD what more important at this age?? Thanks

I'd call the doctor. If he isn't eating anything, they may suggest pedialite or something like that.

Liquids!! Definitely. Food can wait. At 12 months, the formula will have everything he needs in it and will help with hydration which when you have an URI is so important.
Most babies will also fight off eating solids when not feelings well, but will usually take the bottle...hope he takes it!! And hope he feels better soon!
