Food for guests at my house while im gone??
So my c-section is Thursday, I will plan my normal menu for sunday-wednesday but thursday-sunday while im gone and people are here with DD what should I get for snacks and food? One of a vegetarian and also pregnant, I will have food for DD and notes on what to give her but what some good foods and snacks to have here for the people that will be here??

water and drinks

I would get bread, coldcuts, salads (potato, macaroni). Maybe some hummus for the vegetarian? or some veggie burgers. I would keep it simple though. If they feel the urge they can always order a pizza or something

i wouldnt worry about it. but if you really feel like you want to leave some stuff for them, trader joes has a huge selection of frozen foods that are incredibly easy to heat up and very tasty, including plenty of vegetarian options. we love their gourmet frozen pizzas, stir frys, gnocchi, and a few others and they literally take under 10 minutes to prepare right out of the freezer. it might be a good idea for when you get home too so you dont have to worry about cooking.

Veggies - baby carrots, cucumbers, celery
Veggie Dip
Hummus
Crackers
Cheddar Cheese
Pretzels
Mixed nuts
Bread
Cold Cuts
Fruit - Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Peaches
I wouldn't worry about having too much in the way of MEALS...

you're a bigger person than i am.. i'd not worry one bit about feeding other people while you're in the hospital
have some frozen stuff in the freezer (pizza, meats) and let them fend for themselves!
leave them some menus and directions to the supermarket..
