food - 1 year old
By 10 months DS was eating EVERYTHING. He loved everything we ate for dinner, meat, veggies, you name it.
At 10.5 months he got the stomach virus and ever since that he spits out everything. He still loves cheese, pizza, pasta, some fruits, pancakes, french toast, yogurt, eggs (most of the time), bananas, BUT he won't eat meatballs, meatloaf, tacos, chicken francese, chicken (unless it is chicken nuggets which I prefer not to give all the time) which he was pretty much inhaling before. I am really upset about this cause he was eating so well, balanced, nutriosous, home cooked meals. I stilll offer him whatever we eat at dinner.
He will be 1 next week. Do you think it could have been puking up the stuffed pepper? Can kids associate foods with being sick and get turned off like us? Or is it just a phase??? Please share your thoughts or similar situations if you have?

Re: food - 1 year old
DD stopped eating meats about a month ago, when she was 13 months. I think it's a stage (at least I hope it is!). She does better with shredded moist meat, like chicken from chicken soup. She used to inhale pork tenderloin, chicken, meatballs, and now nothing!
