Follicle size while stimming?
Tonight will be my fifth night of stims. What should follies be measuring at this point? We had a cancelled cycle last time around, so I'm finding myself concerned about their growth rate.

These are general ranges for each day I was monitored:
Day 4: I had 5-7, which were all less than 10
Day 7: several were about 12.5
Day 8: 15 follicles: 12.8-14.5
Day 9: 15-19 follicles: 15-17
Day 10: 19 follicles: 17-20

No problem - on day 4 I was freaking out, but the nurse told me it is totally normal to not be able to measure the follicles then.

Everyone is different. I only stimmed for 8 days before my follies were mature. As long as the drs aren't worried, I wouldn't be either.

They kind of kept me in the dark last cycle. The u/s tech made a comment last time that made me realize things weren't going well and that's when I began asking lots of questions, trying to understand what was happening.
I'm responding better as far as #s go, but I know growth of the follies is important. Asking questions and receiving responses here is when I seem to get the most information.
I truly appreciate the info!

During my IVF I didn't really ask how big they were b/c I didn't need more things to stress me out. But, if you want to know, it's your body and they have to tell you!
