Folic acid?
Can anyone tell me the recommended amount? I am taking 400mg a day.

Frolic acid?
I just checked my prenatal and that has 800 so now I am taking 1200mg a day of folic acid! I have to research but that might be too much!

There is 1mg in my prenatal vitamin and my Dr. Just gave me a script to take more. I haven't filled it yet bc I have the same concern!!!!
I went to the store and bought a 400mcg bottle but when I took the extra I had an awful taste in my mouth for the rest of the day!
