Foil-packet cooking & DS
My DS LOVES to help me cook. I was thinking it would be fun for him to make a foil-packet dinner.
Does anyone have a favorite recipes? He eats fish, chicken, beef, pork...

we like this:
1 piece of mahi mahi (or other white fish) some thawed frozen broccoli a few cherry tomatoes chopped up a lemon wedge some chopped garlic EVOO splash of white wine (optional of course!)
YUM!
with the broccoli... i usually use 1 box of the frozen one for 4 pieces of fish and just split in between them!

Reynold's Foil Packet Recipes
I think these would be really good to make ahead and just pop in the oven when you get home.
WOW - just read a few - some can be frozen - great for nights you don't want to cook or for a sick friend.

I like spinach and garlic drizzled with olive oil. Top with chicken, peppers, zucchini, spices, white wine or balsamic and mozzarella.
