flying with breastmilk and no baby question
I am flying to MD for the weekend without DS and will be pumping while I'm there. Id rather not have to dump. Is there anything special I need to do when I go through security? How do I pack the milk? I was just planning on putting it in bottles in my mini cooler bag. Obviously I will tell them but I don't want them looking at me like I am crazy when they see I don't have a baby with me.

They might not let you take it back. I think the rule is enough for reasonable consumption. I would be prepared for that....

Thanks. I just did some rrsearch and it seems unclear. It might not be worth it to bring it back.

I'm pretty sure that you can bring as much BM as you want on the plane

I have no idea, but just in case, bring the birth certificate with you so that they can see you REALLY do have a baby! I'd also carry the pump with you so they can see where all the milk came from!
