Flying to NY tomorrow!
Without my xanax! Lord help me!

It helps me to read statistics like these-
A passenger has only one chance in 7 million of dying on a scheduled domestic flight.
Someone who flies daily would, on average, go 19,000 years before dying in a crash.
I know the fear isn't rational so sometimes rational answers (like statistics) don't help. But sometimes it DOES help me, so maybe it will help u!
