Flu Shot Question... Not a debate.....
For those who have gotten the flu shot for their child this year (my son is 6), did they have any reactions?

My two boys (6 and 4) got the flu mist in the nose. No reaction at all.

Really go to hear!!!!
This year was the first time in a long time that I reacted... 102 fever, very sore arm. Only lasted 6-8 hours but it was enough for me.. My son reacts every once in a while to different vaccines....

He just got it yesterday. I think his arm is a little sore (I bumped his arm last night and he told me I hurt his "shock" LOL) but other than that, no reaction.

Only a sore arm, which they get with all shots. Never a reaction, this year or any year. They got the quad if that makes any difference.

Yes, DD (5) had a fever and sore throat for 24 hours 2 days after getting the flu shot. These are listed as possible side effects. I'm a huge proponent of all vaccines, especially the flu shot and this doesn't change how I feel at all..

Myself, DH and 2 kids (8 and 5) had the shot and no reactions for anyone.
We have never had any reactions.

Not sure if it was a side effect but, my younger son was a little "off" and cranky for 2 days following the shot - no fever or anything but, his behavior was similar to that when he's getting sick but he never did.
