Flu Mist
So I was on the list for the next batch for the flu mist. They got an opening for 7:50PM tomorrow night for the boys. While I don't love the time I took it since It may be another week to get it and our schedules are so busy I wasn't sure if we would get a good time.
I also figured I can shower them when they get home and straight to bed.
I know it's silly, but any reaction to the flu mist? My boys are 5 and 3. I just hoping giving it to them at night doesn't cause a sleepless night?
Any advise or stories? Hoping they don't get a reaction. They never did with the shot.

Flu Mist
Ds had one last year, and I dont know if it was from the mist or not. But after the flu mist, we got home and he took a 3.5 hour nap, which wasnt like him at all. But after that nothing.

My DD is 3 and didn't have any reaction to the flu mist. Maybe she was a little tired the next day, but that's about it.
