flower bed border
I am 'considering' making a brick flower bed border on our front flower beds - any tips / suggestions on what to start with
I think I want red brick
I read an article in a magazine and of course they made it look simple - stake it out, dig a trench, put down the brick and you're done - is it that simple?

Re: flower bed border
We did that in the front of our house....kind of made them like flower boxes. we used regular red brick and cement. It wasnt that hard. After it dried, we filled it with dirt and then planted.
let me see if I have any pics of them

Re: flower bed border
that looks great - but I was planning to make it more of an outline - one brick on its side - which, now that I think of it might be too small of a scale for the house
