Florist Recommendation Needed Please
Hi,
Someone in my family is having a small(2nd wedding) (70 person) intimate Saturday afternoon wedding at the restaurant Four in Melville. They are looking for a florist recommendation. They are classy, upper class people and want an excellent florist. Any recommendations?

I love Flower Barn in Seaford. I used them for my wedding and have multiple friends who have also used them. They do amazing work. Work with all budgets. I had a small budget, My SIL had a huge budget. Works with all.

I suggest looking at Long Island Weddings because they have vendor listings and you can find florists on there.
A couple of florists that provided eye candy:
Belle Fleur - NYC
Saipua - Brooklyn
Also, if they have a large budget and want very high end, I would look online at NY Magazine. They have a weddings tab and you can search various categories.

Flowers by Brian is excellent. They have a new location in Mineola, I think. Ask for Cindy. I've used her before.

I second this times a thousand...
Keyth was amazing and he did small affairs for me like bdays and my eparty up to huge things like my wedding. He is the best person to work with. And if you tell him that I referred you, which I don't mind at all, he'll def give you a great deal - he gave quite a few of people I sent to him the VIP treatment and special deals b/c of my referral - I came to find that out afterward which was nice. But he's reasonable to begin with and his work is SUPER quality - there are wedding pics in my album if you want. HTH!

Sugar Magnolias in Stony Brooke. It's a small boutique shop. Heidi the owner is amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the flowers at my wedding. They are a little more expensive then some other places but totally worth it in my opinion.

I second them. Did a wonderful job at my second wedding. Loved working with Heidi and everything was beautiful! Definately not cheap though.
