Flintstone vitamins?
I can't swallow my prenatals anymore, I gag like crazy. (I had trouble taking Tyenol today for a headache.)
I am going to pick up Flintstones, but I see there are differents ones. Which ones should I get?
Flintstones Complete with Choline
Flintstones Plus Calcium
Flintstones Plus Iron
Do I need any supplements with them? I have DHA pills.

Just went to my gyno to talk about prenatals - I have a very sensitive stomach so he told me to just keep taking my Flintstone completes but instead of taking one a day, take one in the morning and then one at night.

I take the gummy ones with choline and a 400 mg folic acid pill. HTH
