flight pricing ?
Update: I was able to get a round trip flight for $156 no baggage fee for one bag!!! I had to fly into Newark though. If anyone needs to fly from ny to chicago or vice-versa, check out expedia.com!
i have to get plane tix for just myself from chicago to NYC in august for a wedding. i have my eye on a $238 roundtrip from sat. to tues.
do you think i could do better if i wait a little bit more into the spring, or do you think prices will just got up from here?

flight pricing ?
I always say that if you're comfortable with a price - buy the ticket!!! Prices can go up or down. Also if they do go down, depending on the airline they price adjust and it'll go into a travel bank for future use (jetblue)

I fly to Chicago for business a lot and that is a typical flight. I have seen it cheaper but not much so I would say that is a normal price.

Not familiar w that route but I have to say Expedia is a great site for booking airline tickets. I have found the best days to buy Expedia tickets are Tues and Wed mornings. When I booked an international flight last year, the difference between the price listed on the web site on a Sunday night vs. booking it on a Tuesday morning was about $50!.

Yes, I've heard that tues. is the best day for best prices. I work nights so it's easy for me to book early am...
