fleas?!?!?!?!
So somehow my cats (who are indoor cats) got fleas, or at least we think its fleas. The only time they could have gotten it was when they stayed with my IL's during our honeymoon (they have other cats who go outside)
We bought flea shampoo and washed them both (i have so many scratches on me its not even funny...it wasnt easy!) and we bought this carpet stuff to put on our carpet to kill fleas, and flea collars
is there anymore we can do?
I know this is a stupid question but can people get fleas? (after finding this out ive been feeling itchy all over and im sure its in my head but im just wondering)
and should i do anyhting with my couches, bed, etc..?

Re: fleas?!?!?!?!
your vet can give u a liquid flea killer, like frontline etc. I use it on pup, some are safe for cats. some are toxic so make sure u get the stuff for cats

Re: fleas?!?!?!?!
1) Yes, people can get flea bites. 2) Ask your vet for Capstar. It is a pill you give your cats, and it is freakishly amazing at getting rid of fleas. Jack had a HUGE flea problem when he was a baby, and we tried everything to get rid of them. We gave him the Capstar and dead fleas just fell of him. It was amazing.

KC just had a flea and we now use frontline on all the kitties. They are all indoor kitties.
