Is it safe to eat Flaxseed Meal while BFing? I've heard conflicting information.....

Flaxseed & BFing
I've made a ton of Lactation Cookies that contain flaxseed--so I think its perfectly fine!!
I was also told there were NO dietary restrictions when BFing.
