Re: flank steak
2 Tsp Honey 2 Tbls low sodium soy sauce 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp cumin ½ tsp ground ginger pinch cayenne pepper 1 pound flank steak
Put in Ziplock bag overnight (I did it for 24 hours).
This is not my recipe....I might have gotten this from someone on this board. But I have used it and it's delicious

Re: flank steak
This is a pretty good marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
or sometimes I'll just use a bottle of Italian dressing.

Re: flank steak
One small bottle of French Dressing.
Seriously sounds totally weird and the first time I saw my mom do it I thought she had flipped her lid. It is REALLY good. Even my DH thinks so which is a major accomplishment for that picky man.
