Fitbit and my fitness pal users...I have a question about logging
I know I log my meals into MFP. But what about exercises? Do I log them into MFP or FB? I have the regular charge of that makes a difference. TIA!

I've been using MFP for the past 2 weeks and yes, I am logging both my food and fitness into it. You earn extra calories when you use the fitness portion, however I don't generally eat the extra calories.

Thanks! I logged it into FB originally but it wasn't showing my extra calories on MFP. I only use my extra calories on Wednesdays.....buy 1 get 1 sundaes at carvel so I want to make sure I'm not going over my budget
