I wouldn't  But I don't eat seafood (and Im not sure that even counts as seafood) and the thought of fishsticks makes the hair on my neck stand up.

hahaha...Im usually not a big fan but my DH loves them so I buy them for him, and for some strange reason I am totally craving them.

mmmm with cocktail sauce...Usually they gross me out but for some reason it sounds good today!
Fish sticks are made out of usually haddock, white fish or cod and so there is no concern with mercury levels in them..
