Fish Recepies??
Trying to eat healthier with less fatty foods. I would love to try a tasty new fish receipe! But don't know where to start. I usally fry them with plain bread crumbs or panko crumbs. But I want to stay away from that.
Anyone have any sugesstions??

Re: Fish Recepies??
Bake or grill.
Use lemon and seasoning of your choice, and a small amount of butter/margerine.
Serve with salad or veggies.
Also maybe skewers with veggies?

Re: Fish Recepies??
What type of fish do you want to try?
A white fish is nice baked w/ lemon zest, old bay, garlic, and a pat of butter.
Scallops are good just sauteed
Salmon is nice marinated in a teriyaki sauce. You can make a nice salmon burger with the leftovers.
You can try reynold's wrap's website - they have a bunch of packet recipes so cleanup is throwing out the foil!

For both of mine, I just cooked the fish, chopped it up, and tossed it with the salad or pasta. I used a butter sauce on the stuffed flounder one.
