Fish Oreganata recipes?
DH caught some fluke (like flounder) and I'd love to make an oreganata or piccata type of recipe with it. Anyone have any great recipes? I love lemony fish!

I had something like this once and it was delish!!!! It was cod and it was cooked in the pan with white wine, a little butter on each one, breadcrumbs sprinkled throughout pan and some Old Bay seafood seasoning and lemon....i think that was it
