First time w/ a fever.... need advice
 Ugh...I wanted to come home and have everything be "normal"...hah! Bella woke this morning with a fever and a runny nose  She's also tugging at her ears and she has literally been sleeping ALL morning. She's been consistently napping since she woke at 6. I feel so bad for her, she seems so wiped out.
We've given her Tylenol and I've taken her temp twice...both times it was 101.4/5
Is there anything else to do at this point? I'm not ready to call the PED. I'm just kind of seeing how today goes and if the fever stays or gets higher.
I've never had to deal with a fever, so any advice is welcome!

I think you are handling perfectly. Just keep watching the temp and call the doctor if it goes over 102. I hope she feels better soon!

The same thing happened with us when we came back from vaca too!

Just keep up what you are doing. You might want to bringher in to the doc tomorrow to check her ears

ITA. Keep tracking her temp, but call tomorrow so they can check her for an ear infection.
