First RE appointment
Hi ladies. I have been on the TTC board for a few months and am now moving over over here. I am still trying to get the lingo down but I think I am learning.
I have my 1st RE appt on Monday and I am not sure what to expect. I have been reading previous posts to get an idea but I noticed insurance issues came up. Am I supposed to get approval from my insurance company before I go? I already know that my insurance does not cover infertility but DH's does. I am glad that I am covered under his too.
TIA

Re: First RE appointment
Hi,
Welcome to the board! I hope your stay is short and sweet!
You should expect to fill out paperwork... I dont' know if its just a consult, but they might make you and your DH give blood... for you it will be a LOT of viles, not as much for your DH.
Then they will discuss your history and what you think your plans are for the next step and what their suggestions are.
Thats it really... I think...
Good Luck!!!
