Re: first party post-op... wish me luck
at my first party post-op, I grabbed a few little bits, didnt eat much but i did alot of socializing! It was funny but no one noticed that I didnt eat....but if i have always eating people would have noticed that huh??
Make sure you have a nice glass of water, ask the bartender to put in some lemon or limes and it will look like you are having a drink even though you are just drinking water!
Have fun!

Re: first party post-op... wish me luck
the holidays are always hard with so much irrestible food lying around- I know for me its particularly hard because I work with all skinny minnies who eat whatever they want
I usually eat a full plate of salad before digging into everything else- it doesnt fill me, but somehow it gets me to eat more logically (like I am not stuffing my face because I am starved)
Good luck- you can do this!

You can do it-just make the same smart choices you have been making-stick to fruit and veggie platters, only do a bite of the bad stuff just to taste! Good luck!
