First monthly office visit went smooth

doc is super kool (thanks bear). didnt really need to wait very long. thank goodnessssss.lol


i had a very small list of questions which he took his time going over everything.

heres what blew my mind. i gained one pound in 5weeks. i told the doc i couldnt believe it because i swore each of boobs gained a pound each.lol
ill be honest i was about 15pounds overweight when i got my bfp because i wasnt eating right or exercising.
we went over my diet which he was very happy with and said to stick with it.
since im feeling better i asked about working out again. he said go for but to make sure my hr doesnt go over 130 and i could do light freeweights for toning

stay away from splenda use regular sugar
decaf green tea is fine

the only thing i was not happy with was that stupid baby hr monitor. the nurse couldnt get the static to stop which really pissed me off. she said she could hear it fine but could not get an accurate bpm
