First Internal Today
No dilation and not effaced yet - which I'm happy about considering I'm 35 weeks and am planning on going down to Cape May, NJ this weekend.
It didn't hurt, so that was good. The doctor was able to feel the baby's head, which scared me a little. I don't understand how he can touch the head with his fingers and then they say that sex is safe. That totally confuses me!
The doc did say that I'm having a big baby. She's about 7 pounds already. 
Hopefully she comes a little early!
