First floor of a house for rent - RVC SD
Just wanted to let you know that my father has a space open for rent in a house he owns in South Hempstead (nr. Molloy College on Oak Street), Rockville Centre SD. It's the first floor of a house.
3 bedrooms
2 full baths
EIK
Deck in yard
Fireplace
Hardwood floors
unfinished basement
Asking $2100 plus utilities.

I'll pass it along to my brother. He is looking, but I think he's looking to pay less. can't hurt to run it by him though. He's in RVC already and I know he wants to stay in that area.

I believe my father will take $2K, instead of $2100, if the person/family is a good tenant (I assume that means if he has good credit and references).
