Depends on the size and if you are dividing it up into separate rooms or you just want one big room.
You can figure it out by knowing how many studs you need, insulation and drywall and then finishes. Also if you need to do electrical and heating work.

We had it done by a contractor in our old house and it was just under 10 k. I would think u could do it yourself for 1/2 that.
