Finding someone by home purchase?
Can you find someone because they purchased a home? If they have a realtor in the family can the realtor search by bought properties by last name??? We just bought in Nov and someone we would rather forget in our life popped by yesterday...this person was never given our new address, so we are trying to figure how they got it??? We aren't listed anywhere??

is there anyone you know in common with that person? Maybe they slipped?
I dont think you can. Unless you belong to property shark.com or something like that. That if u subscribe can tell u the name of the owner

In some towns the local paper will write out that Mr. and Mrs. XXXX sold their home at 123 Any Street to Mr. and Mrs. YYY. It may also include the purchase price. Our town does this.

REA's have access to public records and can search by first and last name.

Sure can, any realtor can look up a property search by name in MLS Stratus.
