Finding a realtor
How did you guys find a realtor? We've met a few people just from visiting open houses in the past but we're not sure how to go about the actual process of looking for one.

recomendations from friends/family..
the realtor we ended up with turned out to be DW's 3rd grade teacher...
DW now works for her...

Our realtor used DH's pool company for his personal pool. DH took his card and a couple months later called him up when we decided to move.

I have a FANTASTIC Realtor that I use. Extremely professional... knows his stuff... gets me top dollar.

Beth from here let me question her a thousand times, and finally the decision was made she was freaking awesome and we HAD to have her. She didn't disappoint!

I highly recommend Beth too. She really goes above and beyond!! It's unreal how hard this woman works!

We used Christine Braun at Dallow Realty (also LIFer) and could not have been happier! Christine always told us of new listings that might be of interest which matched our needs, was great with taking us out to look at houses (we were picky and saw A LOT) and was really knowledgable and helpful since we were newbies. HIGHLY recommend her!

We found ours at an open house. We felt like we "clicked" with her and felt comfortable asking her questions.
