Financial Advisor / Planner Recommendations?

Can you please recommend a good financial advisor / financial planner? My fiance and I would love to discuss our short and long-term goals with someone who can help us plan.

We definitely need someone who will listen to our goals and take them seriously, as they're not your typical goals (we don't want kids and want to retire early).

Also, could someone please let us know how they work / how their fee structure works? We're not necessarily interested at this point in having the person invest our money for us, but would rather like feedback on our investment strategies, 401(k)s, plans to buy a home, etc. We'd like someone we can come back to with questions later on down the road, too. Do any planners just charge either an hourly or a flat rate? Approximately how much should we expect to spend?
