Finally joining WW
so after reading so many success stories on this board about WW i finally decided to do it and join this week. i feel so disgusted with myself. i'm always tired and lack energy. i have to do something about it !
i'm joining the New Hyde Park location. any recommendations on leaders? any ww tips? i heard great things about the new program. i kind of know what i have to do but need the motivation and support!

Good for you! It's a good program and easy. Check out Gina's Skinny Taste, Green Lite Bites, and Friendsforweightloss.com. They all have good points plus recipes.

NHP has some really good leaders, it all depends on your schedule: Marianne on Monday nights, Lori on Tuesday mornings, Christina on Tuesday nights, Elyse (was on Dr. Oz) on Thursday noon time, and Catherine Thursday late afternoon/evening

Thanks Ladies! i finally went tonight & had Marianne.. she was was great. i'm really psyched to start... tomorrow is officially Day 1... i'm sure i will come on this board often for motivation!
