Finally!!!!
We have been "talking" about this remodeling project since we moved into this house in September...almost a year ago. Between finding a contractor...and finding out what we can actually fit into our budget...getting blueprints....permits, etc. It's finally here. All the permits were approved....everything is in place.
We should be able to start within 2 weeks or so. I will be sure to take lots of before/inprogress/after pictures 
PS. We haven't even started demolition yet...and we are already over budget
