Run all the faucets for at least 10 minutes straight. Most leaks don't happen instantaneously.
Turn on all the appliances... make sure they work (especially the washer and dryer).
Make sure the seller didn't leave any BS behind that you have to throw out yourself.

I remember the buyers in my dads house they also turned on the CAC to see if it worked, it did of course! they also checked the doors, not sure exactly what they were looking for though? they turned on all the lights, ( flipped every switch) made sure in the bathrooms the fan was working, I think thats all I can remember, different than what was posted allready. by the way CONGRATS!!!
