Final interview question
I have a final interview with a team of 6 doctors/ medical professionals and the choice is between me and another candidate (this is the job I’ve had multiple interviews for since March). They didn’t ask for a portfolio of my work, would it be too much if I put together some samples of my trainings, curriculum, and work? I don’t want to be overkill but I also really want the job

Re: Final interview question
I don't know what you do but to me that sounds like a good idea. If they don't want it then they won't take it. It can only help....

Final interview question
Personally, I would not do it. Sometimes less is more- also you are giving them something to critique that they could potentially find fault with- if you feel strongly about offering a portfolio then you could offer it at the end of your interview.

Re: Final interview question
I would do it. It shows initiative, and that’s a good thing to have when you are working.
