Fiber supplement thats safe while breastfeeding?
Is there a fiber supplement, like Metamucil for instance, thats safe to take while breastfeeding?

Eat stewed prunes! Get a container of dried prunes, put on stove in a heavy pot and simmer for about 30+ mins.

my DD's pediatrician told me Benefiber and Metamucil are safe while BF. I use both.
