Fever Question

I have a dumb fever question....what do you do when medicine doesn't work?

DS had a fever of 102.3 at 6pm. I gave him Feverall suppository (he spits out liquid medicine), and now 3 hrs later it is 102.2. He looks so uncomfortable.

I can give him more medicine in an hour, is there anything else to do? Anyone else experience this?

Cool bath, cool compress on his head & sips of water. Hope he feels better soon.
