fertility drink receipe...
anyone have one that thinks it helped them?
I heard they taste gross??

My holistic doctor gave me a smoothy to drink that I thought was awesome.
This smoothy recipe was given to me based on my specific infertility symptoms...
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 avocado
5 raspberries
A small handful of blueberries
1/2 banana
I still drink them.

I am into teas. I drink stinging nettles tea, a cup of green tea every other day, apple cinnamon, raspberry tea leaf, and a fertility tea blend. I also only drank hot fluids for two months, and I am still only drinking hot fluids.
A lot of people don't believe in this stuff, but I am very much into alternative medicine, so I feel it helped me get pregnant.

This as well! The first month I EVER had a 28 day was after drinking raspberry tea leaf and fertility herbs.
