Fence Costs
Does anyone have any idea an estimated price for fencing? Wood or PVC? The house we are buying has a the yard fenced but it needs to be updated. The ppl behind us have the PVC fence so we would only have to do two sides, and the front. The land size is .18 acre but that includes the front. The back is less than that. TIA!!!
I added a pic to help show the size of the yard.

We have a larger yard, but just had the front done PVC and it was $1500 for plain PVC (incl. 1 gate). The sides would have been about $800 each for PVC.

Thanks! I am thinking we will do plain PVC on the sides and then maybe something w/ the lattice just in the front.

u could also ask the neighbors on both sides if they want to go in with you since they will benefit from having a new fence on that side of their yard also...
