Feeling so down.....longer than i expected

I'm just having a crappy day. Not that anything crappy has happened, but everything is bothering me today and I feel like crawling up under the covers with a box of tissues and a sad movie and having a good cry, but that isn't possible.
I feel like a big, ugly cow. This pregnancy is definately not flattering to me. I think boy pregnancies agree with me much more than girl pregnancies.
I am not really on great terms with 2 of my best friends. The 3 of us have been BFF's since 10th grade so that's over 20 yrs. (OMG now I feel old) I feel like they really weren't there for me when I was dealing with my 2 losses and now I feel like I am holding a grudge about it. Not consciously really and they don't know it, but internally I just feel distant from them. Not to mention they have a lot more opportunity to gtg and I feel left out.
I feel like DH has done nothing nice for me lately. I mean he works so hard and has very little time this time of year so I'm lonely and neglected and then I feel guilty for feeling like that because he is working so hard. I'm a SAHM and a PT waitress which will be ending by the end of the month bc its getting to hard. I also feel bad that I won't be making any money.
I feel bad that I'm not able to play with DS like he wants me to. The child is obsessed with trains and wants me to sit on the floor and play trains and its just so uncomfortable for me. I try doing other things with him and he likes that but I still feel badly that I can't do what he wants me to do.
I'm big and tired and uncomfortable and stil have 8.5 wks to go!
Geez I wasn't really expecting to spew all this out at you, but I guess I needed to get it out. As always, thanks for listening.

Sorry for using you all as my therapy! I just need to shale this funk today!

sometimes just writing it out helps. reading it helps too. knowing other people read it also helps. and know this: i've felt everything you've shared at one point or another during this pregnancy, and one thing that helped me was the thought that this...is not permanent. thankfully

hang in there Christine, you are doing great so far.. its not easy! nobody said its supposed to be! and i think you look great, stop beating yourself up!

I know I just met you for a quick sec teh other day but I think you look fabulous for being 31 weeks preggo! I couldn;'t beleive you were that far along when I saw it on here! Hang in there!

Just writing it really helps doesnt it?

Thats why these boards are here. To help us to cope with all that life throws our way throughout pregnancy :(

Thanks girls! You always make me feel better. I'm really not a whiner or a complainer, but I guess I just needed a friend (or 40 ) today.

Michelle, one good thing..........my hair seems to have stopped falling out! I have probably less than half of what I started with, but at least it has stopped!

hang in there! just keep reminding yourself that your LO will be here soon and all this ickiness is worth having her in your arms!!!

blame the cold icky weather too!

im in a little rut myself. my moh has barely spoken to me since our wedding (nov 08!)...and barely said a few words about this pregnancy (my first...and she was like congrats sorry im busy...nothing since). and my dh works late so dinner alone while preggo is annoying.

I'm having the same day! It's one of those days where I didn't put mascara on this morning because I knew it would just get cried off.

awww I def. have days where I feel down too. It's tough to get through them, you should treat yourself to a nap or a good snack!

Hang in there! Sounds like you're putting a lot of pressure on yourself in all your relationships (mom, wife, friend). Sometimes we all need a break and to just cry it out, like you said - with a movie or something. This will pass and you'll feel better soon. Til then, keep venting here - its good to get it out.
