feeling really guilty...someone talk me down
i really hate the thought of taking ANY kind of medication during this pregnancy... even if they say its safe to take, ive been really anal about taking anything
when i was in the ER this past monday (for vertigo) they gave me meclizine for the dizziness.... they explained that it is a category b medication & that its safe for the baby
i avoided taking anything since coming home, but had to take 2 today b/c i went back to work, but i cant help feeling guilty that i am harming my LO 
someone tell me im crazy!

I totally understand. I have the worst cold/allergies/sinusitus going on and I am about to take a Sudafed. I feel like I am weak that I have to give in to this but I am just feeling so bad I dont think I have a choice.
I guess we have to remember that plenty of women do a lot worse stuff than taking medicine when sick.

Don't feel bad! Just remember that they won't give you anything that will harm the baby either. Don't worry!

If they prescribed you something that is going to help you and shouldn't harm the baby, there is no need for concern.
You are a good mommy...don't worry dear.

awww dont worry! If they said it was safe then you have nothing to worry about! Your not harming your baby!!

I took 2 category B allergy medications thru both my pregnancies and so far DD is fantastic and I'm sure DS will be too.
You and baby will be fine.
