feeling crappy
i been feeling like crap since sunday when i drank and now its tuesday. My throat is killing me Never had a hangover this bad I think the combination of drinking and me smoking alot of cigrettes have hit me . The only time i smoke is when i drink and i smoked almost 10 cigrettes. Anything you take for this.

Drink some hot water with honey in it. It is good for soothing sore throats.

thank you guys , i never smoked that much i usally smoke lik 2 or 3. But dh wasnt there and he hates when i smoke so i try to avoid it. but went out with all my gfs and every1 smokes but me and i got peer pressured ahaha.

When it happens to me, I usually end up not smoking for a day or two - just have no desire for it. I have no recs, just really sorry you feel so lousy. I do know it sucks.
