since waking up this morning, i've felt a lot of pressure in my vag and everything below my belly button has felt tight and heavy. my little girl was moving around like crazy at one point and it felt like something was gonna poke out of me down there.

i'll be 36 weeks tomorrow and i have my first internal tonight. did anyone else feel this way and have it lead to something?
