Fear of the Bath
Carlie has always loev the bath, until recently. The past 2 times we have taken a bath she starts to freak out and wants out. I try to calm her down with her toys, but it hasn't been working. Any advice? I don't want her to fear the bath?

Re: Fear of the Bath
Does she like to color? If so the bath crayons were great for us!
The one thing though that I did find was that I was not drawing my daughter's bath at a temperature she liked. It might have been a little too hot for her. Once I figured that out she was back in the bath and loving it. Maybe trying adjusting the temperature a little bit maybe it is too hot or cold for her?
How old is Carlie?

Re: Fear of the Bath
My daughter didn't like the bath for awhile too. It was because she had had a bad diaper rash and didn't want to sit down. It took awhile for her to understand that the rash was away and it wouldn't hurt anymore. New toys helped her. She brought in spoons, big and little cups and mommy's measuring cups. Now she is so excited to take a bath again. Good luck.

Thanks. I will try adjusting the temperature. She is 14 months.
