Here is what we did for my friend
Guess the melted candy bar in the diaper
baby bingo
Guess how big mommy's belly is - in party stores they have like yellow plactic tape that you go around to each person and they cut off as much as they think will fit around the mommy's belly closet one wins

We did a game where Daddy is asked questions...
At what age will baby sleep through the night?
How many diapers a day will baby go thru?
What traits would you like baby to get from you? Mom?
What age will you allow dating?
Etc Etc
Mom had to guess Dads answers. If shes right she gets a scratch off. If wrong, the person reading questions keeps scratch off?

We did a Price is Right Game at my sisters baby shower. They actually sell the cards at A.C Moore. The cards listed items such as box of diapers, onsies, diaper cream, bottles, wipes etc... and next to each item you listed the price and the people playing had to guess if the real price was higher or lower. We bought each item and held it up during the game (it was a bit expensive) but then we gave the bag of items to my sister and it made a nice gift too.

I went to one where there was a baby picture matching game of the mom and dad's immediate family (it included baby pictures of the mom, dad, grandparents and aunts and uncles). Decorated onsies was fun too and painting baby blocks.

i agree with another poster that the candy bars in diaper game seems yucky to me.
i like the guess how big mommy's belly is with the tape.
ive seen the one where you taste baby food and guess what it is.
maybe just a word jumble?

I always have fun playing BINGO at a shower. It keeps everyone busy so I think it's a good game to have.

Party City sells scratzh off lotto tickets. It comes sets and each set has one winner. They are so unique and made a hit at SIL shower.
We also had blue raffle tickets and when guests came in we gave them their 1.2 of the raffle & we put the tickets ina basket and picked about 5 raffles throughout the shower. It was fun

at my shower everyone painted onsies - my mom had different size onsies from newborn to 24 months - i love looking at all the creations every time he changed sizes - but make sure everyone signs there work - we forgot to tell this so i am not sure who made each one
