Me!!  His draft was last week...lasted until 1:30am!!!! And all I heard was him muttering away on the computer all night while I was trying to sleep!!

We don't do FF, but I'm in the pool at work and DH runs the pool at his job. We already rec'd the e-mails "Are you ready for some football?!"
We went to a BBQ this weekend and that's all I heard about....

me, I hate football!!
DH spends so much time doing the fantasy football stuff.
I hate this time of year when football season is approaching.
DH and I have such nice Sundays together and during football season his buddies are always trying to get him to go out with them

I agree, its a cult. Yeah, I'm gearing up for the draft - he has 2 teams and baseball just finished. Its so annoying!

DH and his fantasy team travel all over the country for their "draft." In years past, they've gone to Vegas and Minneapolis. This year, they are going to San Diego on Labor Day weekend. Whoever wins the league from the year before, gets to choose where the draft is. DH obviously lost but he does get to choose first round. should I be excited about this? I will say that all of DH's fantasy football friends came to the wedding from all over the country. It was nice to meet them all as I thought they werent real just like the ridiculous games they play!
So then he says "Oh I think I want to go to the Super Bowl this year because this year it is in Miami and last year it was in Detroit and who wants to go to Detroit in the winter"
I have been there in the winter so I agree but I'll be damned if he gets to go to Miami in the winter and I dont. EFF THAT! I'd even sit through the horror of a game to get some sun!

Dh is addicted to this... he just got his draft pick, #9 out of 16, he is not happy. I HATE FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!! How can anyone be so addicted to watching these men for hours run after a football?!
